With this letter, we present to you our interest for the effective establishment of a mutually beneficial partnership, whose main precedence is centered around the creation of a health-care cluster, set in one of the most luxurious and sought after locations that the Moscow region has to offer, the 2nd Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway.

Situated near the historical settlement of “Papushevo”, sprawling with virgin pine and coveting the local traditions of «The Apraksin» and «The Savva-Morozov» princely families, highly respected aristocratic dynasties. We took the combos mentis of keeping the historical “Papushevo” name, as a sign of respect for the environmental sustainability endemic to the area, with the intention of furthering the virtues of environmental consciousness and human compassion forever present here.
We are undertaking a rigorous approach in the preparation process, and thus as of yet the project has yet to be officially brought to market. At present, all information is confidential because we strive for no less than aligning with the best, and hope that in your company we have potentially found precisely that. The “Papushevo” project announcement is currently scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.
With Residencies providing accommodations both for sale and for holiday hire alike, the project infrastructure also consists of a «sports and wellbeing resort», and comes fully equipped with commercial services and parking fit for the project. To bring the concept of such a unique «wellness cluster» to fruition, we undertook an international architecture competition was undertaken, the result of which became the selection of a proposal for an unprecedentedly modern park design by a young and ambitious team of Iranian architects.
The concept, spread across a 3,5 hectare territory, provides exclusive all year round accommodation for guests of the «wellness retreat», fitted with outdoor swimming pool, filled with artesian waters, accommodating panoramic restaurant complex, a fitness centre, and the longest winter season forest situated ice skating course, complete with accessible summer season access pond and adjoining beach.
The healing aromas of the surrounding coniferous forest and idiosyncratic location inspired us in the creation of an exclusive environment, catering to those of us accustomed to the tempos of 21 century life, yet still appreciate every moment that one’s existence brings because of the inspirations that spring from them. The intended clientele of the “Papushevo” project are the business elite and their families: Russian business executives and proprietors, and foreign executives of big international business.
The overall territory and parking infrastructure is set over 84 hectares, with 50% of accommodation currently sold, and a 1,3 million euro starting price per property.
At present, the «Wellness» infrastructure and adjoining parking facilities are at the planning and development stage. We welcome you to join us into a commercial leasing agreement partnership, and are open to discussing any architectural plans you might have for a prospective clinic or interior designs, which we would add to our marketing plan, and in due course announce to Russia’s business elite.
